I finally have decided to join the 21st century and start a blog. There's no set plan at this time as far as content is concerned — we'll see where it goes from here. I hope you enjoy it and feel free to post comments.
I see you left out the part where your wife had to set up your blog or you would have spent the evening staring at the wall or balancing the checkbook. It's OK, but when you win your Pulitzer, I better be the first person you thank. ;)
A sports reporter who has covered athletes from Little League to the professional levels, I worked at the King County Journal from 2004-07 in Bellevue, Wash., and have contributed stories as a freelancer for several newspapers. I'm usually up for a good discussion during my free time.
